Government opion re Animal Rights
This is probably the most important question I am ever likely to ask a government minister in South Africa. And I just hope and pray that Minister Creecy has the courage to answer it fully and up front.
What is government’s considered opinion about the doctrine of animal rightsism, bearing in mind that the country’s commercial wildlife industry is wrapped up with hunting and the sale of live game and game products, and that it is the animal rightists’ purpose in life to stop all animal ‘uses’ by man. Bearing in mind, too, that the animal rightists want to stop all commercial game ranching in this country.
